At a venue of your choosing, our staff will set up, refill and maintain the buffet throughout service. For plated menus they will bring out courses, organized at appropriate times, clear and maintain tables and beverages. At the agreed-upon time, we will break down and remove service items.

DROP OFF DELUXE CATERING
Our staff will prepare, deliver and set-up your event with platters, service ware, garnishes and decorations. Our team will return after the event to pick-up service items.

DROP OFF DELIVERY CATERING
Prepared food will be delivered in disposable aluminum pans with wire stands and sternos for the hosts to arrange on their personal platters. Some re-heating may be necessary for hot items

FAMILY MEAL
The family meal offers a more advanced, seasonal menu where everyone contributes to the common goal of a beautiful spread of delicious food. These events are more demonstration oriented. Where as the culinary classes are more individual technique and skills oriented. Great for team building, groups and couples.
